Improvements

• Changed the wording "components" to the Accessories Name defined in the registry to reduce confusion when demoting sections to folders.
• Added ability to add a custom SQL query to search engine results for a site so custom developments can be incorporated into the search engine.
• Added the stylesheet class name "MoSTPage" to the current page number display at the bottom of the search engine results and Client Management Directory searches.
• Changed the event details dropdown list of Event Management Details and Registrations to show the number of registrations against the total number of seats.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where uploaded files where being deleted when a section is demoted. Files will be associated to the parent section instead.
• Fixed an issue where an exception is thrown if a folder is deleted that is being accessed by a web browser. The folder is deleted, but IIS holds the folder open even though it no longer exists. Because of this the folder appears to exist event though it doesn't.
• Fix an issue where banner adds couldn't be managed after updating MoST to provide better support for Mozilla.
• Fixed an issue when previewing the template from the editor. The template was displaying within the template when it should have only been showing the one template.
• Fixed an issue where the "Header Links" feature was picking up headings in the print template as well as the documents content.
