MoST Updates

Version 3.0.6829

Improvements

  • Updated the table grid views to provide a better user experience including drag and drop to reposition items when ordering is allowed.
  • Changed the drop down menu component to provide a better user experience.
  • Added a new colour picker component into the style guide and insert table components.
  • Added a new HTML / CSS / Javascript source editor that performs better syntax highlighting, auto-complete and tool tips and change the HTML source editing process in the editor to make it easier to access.
  • Improved the copy / paste method in the editor so only pasted content is cleaned instead of the entire document.
  • Change document selection for inserting URLs into content or emailing pages to use free text lookup fields instead of drop down lists significantly improving UX performance.
  • Added a selection helper when performing profile searches so the user can see what data could be returned.
  • Added a new component that allows for layouts to be created that can then be inserted into documents.
  • Updated the Database Column Management component to hide and show column properties based off the selected column type and changed the behavior of required fields from being assigned to columns to being assigned to fields on a form basis.
  • Added to the Manual Invoice component so when creating a subscription invoice the user can specify the number of months that the invoice covers.  This allows for profile expiry dates to be incremented when a manual invoice is paid.
  • Extended the Direct Debit component in conjunction with the Xero interface so when a direct debit payment is reconciled in Xero the payment is automatically assigned against the invoice in MoST.
  • Added the ability to remove the default section (Site) from URLs and also remove file extensions to create cleaner URLs.
  • Changed the subscription process so when an organisation is subscribing and the Organisation Admin field exists MoST will create a second profile for managing the organisation's profile and its subordinates. If the Billing Email field also exists then the organisations email address is assigned to the Billing Email field and then removed from the standard Email field.  Bulk emails will be sent to the billing email address if no standard email address exists.
  • Added ability to add a link on the invoice template to points directly at the credit payment process instead of having to link to a list of all invoices in order to bay off an invoice.
  • Added an option to Event Reports to allow reporting across all sections of the site.
  • Added Subscription Type and Expiry Date to event management administration when searching to add a new registrant to assist in selecting an appropriate charge.
  • Added paging to document lists When the 'All' documents option is chosen then documents in the list will be page at 10 items per page.
  • Added ability to upload multiple images for the editor and the photo gallery at once.
  • Separated images into types so images relevant to specific document types can be presented of for that type. i.e: images inserted into a web page are only available for web pages, images inserted into an email are only available for emails. For emails, any image that exceeds 600px in width is automatically resized to 600px for compatibility with Outlook.
  • Changed the event registrant search function for step 2 to make it easier for people to search.
  • Changed the default country that is assigned to the profile countries drop down list when the country cannot be determined by IP address to use the country defined in the payment settings.
  • Added QR Codes to event registration lists so registrants can be scanned when they attend an event.  Attendees are flagged as attended and CPD applied if enabled.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug with shortcuts and version control that would cause a shortcut to be removed when the last version of the document is removed that the shortcut was created from.
