The multimedia option lets you upload rich media files such as video, audio and flash movie. Uploaded files must be MP3, MP4 or flash format.

Steps to insert a multimedia file:

1. Place cursor in the location where you would like file placed.
2. Select the 'Insert' option from the menu at the top of the editor window. A drop down menu will appear.
3. Select 'MULTIMEDIA..' to open 'INSERT MULTIMEDIA' dialog window (above image).
4. To attach a file that has already been uploaded to MoST, find and select it under 'FILENAME'. Otherwise, select 'Browse..' to upload a new file from your local hard drive.
5. Enter desired pixel size in 'Dimmensions' fields (Width x Height). Image below is what an audio file at 100 x 100 would look like.
6. Select loop if looping playback is required and is not already set in the original file.
7. Select 'OK' to save changes. 'The document has been saved successfully' window will appear when changes have saved.
