Using Internet Explorer

Steps to delete a column in an existing table in Internet Explorer:

1. Place the cursor in the table column to be deleted.
2. Select the 'Table' option from the menu bar at the top of the editor window. A drop down menu will appear.
3. Click 'DELETE COLUMN'.

Using Mozilla Firefox

Steps to delete a column in an existing table in Mozilla Firefox:

1. Place the cursor in the cell next to the column you want to delete.
2.  Click the centre circle of this iconto delete the column (image below).
