An email form (also known as a contact form) is a dynamic form that appears on your website allowing visitors to complete and submit. Form submissions will be sent to a designated email address.

The email form component is comprised of three parts.

1. Email Form Page
   The email form page is a web page that presents the email for to the user and just exist in order to create a link to it from other areas of the website.
2. Email Fields
   The fields contain a list of fields that the user can complete prior to submission.
3. Settings
   The settings allow you to define who will receive the contents for the email when submitted and also the text that is displayed to the user before and after the form is submitted.
