Add a User Profile Field

This option can only be used if you have MoST's CRM/Member Management or Email Marketing component enabled.

When setup, this option will automatically generate and add selected database fields (e.g. first name, last name, email address etc.) to user-specific documents. Most commonly used in members only areas and mass email distribution.


To add a User Profile Field:

  1. Click the in text location where you want the field to appear.
  2. Click the 'Accessories' option from the menu bar at the top of the editor window. A drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Click 'USER PROFILE FIELD..' to open dialog window.
  4. Click the required field from the drop-down menu. The field options are based on the columns that exist in your database.
  5. Click 'OK' to insert field.

And would appear like this on your website or email:


Note

To test this you will need to exit current browser and login through the front of the website as a member or send an email to your subscribers.

To permanently save changes made click Save
