You can change the name of the owner of a document and choose the amount of times document ownership can be changed for that particular document.
This feature can only be used by those who have the appropriate user permissions and likewise the new owners must have the appropriate permissions.
Steps to change a document's owner:
Highlight the document you want to alter by selecting its name listed under the 'FILENAME' heading.
Click 'DOCUMENTS' menu item from the tool bar at the top of your MoST page. A drop-down menu will appear.
Click 'CHANGE OWNER' option to open the 'CHANGE DOCUMENT OWNER' dialog window (above image).
Select the new owner from 'New Owner' drop-down list.
Click 'OK' to save changes.
