Rules around event registrations:

• Organisations cannot register for events.
• Staff of an organisation inherit the charges from the organisation if they do not have their own subscription type set.
• The grace period allowed for expired memberships is taken into account when registering for events.
  i.e. If a membership has expired then that member will be allowed to register using a member charge as long as they are still under the grace period.
