Settings
This screen controls the settings for the Client Management component provided you have administration permissions.
Select from the following:
Starting Profile ID
The number you wish client profiles to be numbered from in the database. Consequent client profiles are numbered incrementally from this starting number. If no number is entered this will start from 0.
Visible Passwords
This option will show passwords in the back end of the MoST Client Database. If it is not selected they will only appear as stars to the administrator.
Allow Multiple Subscription Selections
Allows for more than one subscription rate to be assigned.
Subscription Anniversary Month
The month when subscriptions are to have anniversary
The morning the subscription anniversary is reached, then emails containing a new pdf invoice will automatically go out to all subscribed users, with a charge assigned. So if the charges are to increase, these must be changed in the subscription charges screen at least a day before this date or the raise invoice date.
Reduce Charges Every
Select from option in drop down if a reduction in charges is required based on a monthly basis.
Last Month is Free
Select this option if the last month of the subscription period is to be free, if a member subscribes during this period.
Auto Increment Expiry Dates when
As the access to sections is permission based and members permissions are set by subscription types, the following settings will effect users access to members areas on the website.
- New Subscriptions - Automatically rolls the year over, to allows them access.
- Expired Subscriptions - Automatically rolls the year over, to allows them access.
Disable Access on Expiry
If a subscription period has expired, then for access to secure areas of the site are disabled until an administrator alters the expiry date manually.
Raise Invoice
The amount of days the invoice is to be sent days prior to the subscription expiry date
Discount Ratio
A value can be manually entered into the discount field against the clients profile. This dropdown defines if that percentage will be a percentage or a dollar amount.
