Edit Profile Details

When results have been brought back from a search the clients profile can be seen by clicking the  icon next to the profile ID in the search results. You can then make any changes you like to the profiles details.  Alternatively, if you want to create a new profile select the profile time to be created from the checkbox list of profile views, if available, and click the 'New' button at the bottom of the search results dialog window.

There are several functions that can be performed from the the users profile dialog window...

  • Login - This allowa you to login as the user without disclosing the users password
  • Mail Merge - This allows you to perform a mail merge using the users details along with a content page that is merged to bether to produce a PDF
  • History - This allows you to view the users activity such as changes that have been made to their details, login and logouts, events registered for, products purchased, invocies generated, etc
  • Delete - This allows you to delete the profile from the database
  • Save - This allows you to save any changes you have have made to the profile

Note Expiry dates should be set to the first day of the new anniversary date.  This is because a new day begins at midnight so the user will be expired at the beginning of the anniversary date.  i.e: 1 April 2017 12:00 am.  Setting the anniversary to 30 June 2017 would result in the profile expiring the day before the intended expiry date and the profile will be invoiced for the remaining day in the subscription year which in turn would result in an unexpected outcome.
