Subscription Form Properties

These properties are used for the online membership subscription form.  The subscription form can be configured per section so you can create as many custom subscription forms as required such as individual membership, corporate/organisational membership, advertiser subscriptions, etc.

From this dialog window an administrator can customise the form to suite the organisations requirements.

The fields and their purpose are described as follows...

  • Name
    This is the name for the membership manager and is used in email correspondence when the member applies or updates their details.
  • Email
    This is the email address that emails as sent from or two when a member applies or updates their details.
  • Subject
    This is the subject of the confirmation email sent to members when they apply.
  • Email Template
    This is the email template to use when sending the confirmation email to the member.
  • Subscription Types
    This is a list of available subscription types that can be assigned to the subscription form, any hidden subscription types will not be displayed in this list.  To select or deselect a subscription type cold down the CTRL key and click the relevant subscription type.
  • Request
    This is the text to display above the form that the applicant will complete.  Adding the placeholder will cause the form to be displayed in it's place when the page is displayed to the user.
  • Response
    This is the text to display to the user after the have applied for membership.
  • Confirmation
    This is the content of the confirmation email to send to the user after then have applied.  If no content is specified then a confirmation email will not be sent.

To save your changes click the 'Apply' button when done.
